IPad not working after the lock code was messed up multiple times! Help please!?

I have set a lock code because I don't like people in my privacy especially my little sister sadly she freaking messed with it until the damn loco code would make sounds after everything I press and now I have to press it twice just to do something please someone help me! Thanks!
