What kind of horse should i get?

I have sadly outgrown my 13.1hh pony, and i am looking for a new horse. I am 5'4, and 90 pounds, and 13 yo. I used to be a hunter/jumper, but now am doing more eventing/pony club. I can jump 2'9 and jump in and out of a ring, i can w/t/c, and can,like groom and feed and stuff like that on the ground. What breed of horse should i get, and how tall? Also, does anyone happen to know of any horses for sale in nc?
