Can anybody make me a YouTube background please?

I am wanting a new youtube background for my new vlogging channel.I would like it to look proffessinial.With Facebook and Twitter widgets on the side and stuff.So if you can help me, Say yes and leave your email.I will email how I want it done.You will also get full credit and a shout for it.I will have to have it done by Tuesday.Thanks so much I am desperate!
