Very tough life decision?

Times are tough in my family we went from living the good upper middle class life to middle class life. My family must down size there house so they can afford to house my sister in an apartment and help pay for my brothers loans. Sadly I must go to college this year a 4 year school majoring in biology in the pre med program. That's alot of money my family dosent have. So my question is can I go to a community college and take science courses and maths toward my pre medical degree or do I have to give up my dreams and just major in business? Please only real answers
