PLEEEZ HELP ME.......?

I used to have regular sex with my boyfriend for about 2 years.sadly enuf we broke up.now I am engaged to another guy.I cannot tell him this because of cultural constraints.what should I do so that he doesnt find out? would kegels help or will I have to get surgery(hymenoplasty) done???
