When Obama had a Democrat majority if he had Bush's Balls would he have won a Public Option & Stopped the Wars?

Bush was overtly immoral and intent on selling the USA out to the Oil and Defense industry, but Obama is all talk and no balls to really follow through, so he ends up being like Bush #3 with better rhetoric. In the end all we get is more of the same fleecing of America by globalists and more and more war bankrupting taxpayers.
